Food cold and very slow service

Dirty dirty dirty dining and toilets nooo good

Went for the coffee. Spacious and nice people

Bathrooms not fit for pigs. Floors not cleaned for what appears weeks. Bench seats worn and torn, tables dirty and service very slow. AVOID!!

The foods are getting so much smaller now, we cannot fill out tummy need to add on extra burger to fill my stomach. This place needs a good clean up as toilet is not hygiene and smell urine like never been cleaned for a week. Wheres the store manager should be checking all these before they start the shift...

Nice, but service is slow, but the Staff are very friendly. Very busy on day as most of the Truck Drivers come for the meals. I love the Big Brekkie Burger 🍔 😋, in the morning 🌄, come and have some breakfast. Very busy around the lunchtime, the Truck Drivers come for the Big Mac and have a hot coffee or tea 🍵, as well some cold 🥶 drinks. Come again I hope the service is good.

Disgusting - this store should be shamed and shut down. I have never seen a restaurant as filthy and unhygienic as this. I don't normally eat McDonalds though on a 13hr trip it came with the territory. The principal of this McDonalds franchise should be ashamed

Your typical Maccas. Busy place as it's on the Hume highway and its a busy road with a lot of stops. I would expect a store such as this to have more staff on hand to get people served. I suppose the staff were doing what they could in the situation.

Staff on food desk unfriendly with no manners or customer service. No please or thank you just relayed amount owing and change. Coffee staff pleasant and polite. Food ok. Quite busy and waiting time was reasonable. Staff cleaning? tables was missing most of the table surface and not using spray! Didn't wipe seats at all. I saw another customer wiping down her seat and another cleaning the high chair! McDonald's need to step up! Doubt if we will be returning.

What an enjoyable experience, fast service, clean eating area and clean facilities. The burgers were actually put together as if they cared and everything was hot and fresh. Thanks
