Toilets are absolutely foal. You need a dedicated toilet staff member during busy times.

In all my travels within Australia & all the MacDonald's I've eaten in the Mecca's in Coffs Harbour would have to be the dirtiest Mecca's I've ever been in. The tables were filthy, the floor had rubbish on it & the floor had drink spilt on it. It was disgusting. The food was fine, the customer service was ok but the hygiene of the place would suit a third world country.

It was the dirtiest, smelliest macas I have been in. Toilets filthy and overflowing. Twice in the same condition.

The chick working counter was super rude to other customers. Was waiting forever for my order. And eventually the manager ended up taking over and doing orders cuz there was so many people just standing there waiting!!! Props to the manager (I'm assuming it was) for taking charge). But watching the woman who was doing customer service was appaling; she was mean and rude to many customers, including a man who was learning impaired and didn't understand why you couldn't give him his order.

Like every other maccas... I got sent to waiting bay for my order to be brought out even though no other cars were behind me... why offer drive thru if you can't do it. Staff were friendly but was not drive thru

2nd time stopping here on our trip. Bathrooms were dirty first time around with no paper in the ladies. This time around my wife reported sanitary products on the floor in the ladies. The restaurant in general was grotty. Although not very busy there were numerous tables with rubbish on them and the bins overflowing. I have serious doubts about the COVID safety of this establishment.

The Customer Service at McDonald's Service Centre is always exceptionally good. So great to be served by the beautiful Diaz. When it comes to Marketing, Customer Service, Time & Value for money, McDonald's is Simply the Best!! 😀👍🏆🍟🍔🍦🍧🥤

This Macca's gets the food right. Good customer service too.

Not too bad, could be a bit cleaner but the service was wonderful

Had to ask for shaker bag and chicken salt, good thing I was eating in.
