Love it

For McDonald's only Every table was dirty I asked a staff member to clean a table for us and she said the where under staffed and then she handed us a cloth that they wipe the milkshake machine for us to wipe the table all the bins where over flowing food scatted over the floor not covid safe if I could give a minus ratting I would have We wiped the table with hand sanitiser When we where half way though our meal there was 5 staff members talking behind the counter so clearly not under staffed I have also reported to the covid safety and McDonald's complaints

Decent playground for children aged 5-10, too big for younger aged children. Toilets were clean, service was quick and efficient.

Crowded and messy. Surprisingly unkempt for a McDonald's which usually has a standard/reliable level of cleanliness and layout. Putting the touch panels choice screens facing each other with barely 1.5m between them means you can't enter and walk to the counter but you are physically blocked by people.

No covid precautions. Too any people with NO social distancing. Covid sign in may have been there but not obvious.

Very dirty and not enough staff. Orders take a long time to be fulfilled because staff are run off their feet. Cleanliness is not kept up with at all.

Excellent location for northbound travellers, a bit of a round trip for those travelling southbound. However there is easy access to fuel and other services

This precinct, containing numerous food retailers and other businesses has become too popular! Traffic can be horrendous, especially when leaving and I'm glad I knew where to go on entering as there is a lack of directional signage. Upon finally reaching McDonalds, food and service were average, as was cleanliness. I think I'll give it a miss next time I'm passing through Coffs.

Tables needed cleaning, table service numbers left after food delivered, rubbish bins over flowing and rubbish left on top and on tables. Mirrors in toilets splattered and dirty. It was noon but that doesn't excuse such poor basic fast food health requirements. I rang them after leaving to express my discust and dissapointment only because I couldn't attract any attention at the collection area. A very poorly operated McDonalds.

Waited average time for food, didn’t get some items so waited at front counter I understood they looked a little busy but I waited 11 minutes as I kept looking at time just for someone to come to front counter. Man infront of me was becoming incredibly frustrated too as well as everyone else. When I asked for my fries and shaker fries she (girl in out of uniform, no name tag, stripped shirt) THREW the shaker fries at me and gave me the filthiest look after I even said sorry for her mess up.
