McDonalds Coffs North

I often stop here on long drives to snowy mountains. What a disappointment today, they've changed internal set out. The self serve kiosks busy with people then they all went down. What a waste of time Then we all have to line up like the old days! No signs or displays of food deals so we're all ordering blind. Staff totally oblivious to all of this. No system of how to pick up food and coffees very disjointed , old system of screaming out your number! What happened to the VDU much easier to see from a distance. Everyone forced to bunch in one area confused as to where to stand to order and then wait for the order, people running back and forward between unsigned boring coffee pick up and food pick up. What a mess the standard has dropped severely. Don't think I'm going back, looking for better service and systems in other places. See ya !

Nice, modern layout. Plenty of room for seating. Service was quick and the coffee was hot.

Love it. Nice friend services and tasty food. Very quick service and toilets was clean. The young men at the counter was polite and smiling.

Have not been to one of these outlets for many years, will not be going back for many more years.

Absolutely rubbish. There was no service. Food took 20 minutes and was missing food items and drinks. I had to ask for missing items 5 times and I was speaking to a supervisor of some sort. Risiculous. An elderly couple were overwhelmed by the ordering board however there were no staff in sight. Finally a staff member walked past and I asked if they could still take orders at the counter, and referred to the waiting customers and she mumbled yes before kept walking, ignoring me and the 3 other parties waiting. The elderly couple left without ordering and I wish I did too. Disgusting.

When the order is correct the food is fine. Staff make too many mistakes on the orders tho. Sometimes thickshakes have no flavour added, and the soft serve icecreams vary alot in size. Not much consistency in the staff or food. It is very hit and miss. The inside service machines have also wrecked the inside has become cold and sterile . I only use the drivethrough now

Coffs Harbour McDonalds is an absolute disgrace. Filthy tables not wiped down, overflowing bins, food scraps scattered all over the floor, rubbish not cleared from tables. Additionally, bathroom was filthy. Unbelievable, particularly in this current environment when most restaurants and takeaway establishments are following Covid safe plans. Reading other reviews it seems I’m not the only one who’s experienced this and unfortunately seemingly the franchise owners do not care.

Modern and streamlined. This Maccas was packed at lunchtime, even so, the dining room was clean and free tables were available. Kudos to the hard working staff! Ordering was a breeze using their many portals, and pickup from the counter, eat in, was specified. The VIP tea and coffee was much appreciated for our weary seniors....all 5 of us!. To park, we had to negotiate past the queue waiting for drive through service.....only a minute.... Their service was prompt and efficient, and the burgers and fries, were of the expected Maccas high quality. Thank you. Heartily recommend this franchise for you next Maccas hit!
