Why is this the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life the staff are pathetically useless

Coffs Harbour MacDonald Park Beach is the most unclean venue I have been in ever. Bins overflowing and order screens most unclean. Tables not wiped down. Not a Covid clean environment. Wonder what the kitchen is like????

I am an ex chef and found the McDonald's at coffs harbour the most disgusting place i have been to in yrs the floor was littered with food scraps the bins were full

Excellent service. Friendly and professional staff. Ive been through many McDonalds drive-throughs in this great country and Coffs has quite possibly one of the fastest McDonalds drive through services in the southern hemisphere.
