Good food service not so good

Service very good Coffee very average Parking area very very littered from overflowing bins

A casual visit with family when too bored to cook food at home. Disappointed as vego option is off the chart!!!

In terms of McDonald's, one of the better ones I've been to. Although after a certain time, when it becomes drive thru only, the quality does tend to drop. Unless you're here for a late night feed, I'd recommend coming before 10

Great stop when travelling north. Can be a bit busy on weekends/long weekends/school holidays

Worse maccas experience ever.. chicken burger was cold i told to change i got another one with half burnt chicken pattie which was cold too... no apologies..bad customer service

This is probably one of the busiest McDonald’s restaurants in Sydney and can get crowded at peak times. Food-wise it’s the same menu as every other Maccas in the country, so you know what you’re going to get. Other than that it’s a convenient stop for a feed as it’s the last food option before heading north before you get on the M1 freeway.

The coffee was nice, the food was the usual hit and miss but the restaurant is very dirty. In particular the restrooms. U walked in and walked straight back out. Yuck.

We usually stop at Thornleigh as it's halfway between the Sutherland shire and Central coast. Today's experience and a visit 2 weeks ago were less than acceptable. The orders were wrong both times and the toilets were filthy. The hand sanitizer was empty. Very disappointing.
