Nice service just what u would think at a McDonald's

--------------------------------------------------- What I felt during my visit more than once a week for two years is that here is an 80% chance that I don't give the order properly.Especially if you add fries to your kid's meal. Even though it is right next to McDonald's education center.My friends say this spot tastes the best. --------------------------------------------- My youngest son loved Happy Meal so much that we went a few times after that, but we still have to check the number of fries in Happy Meal Set and ask for it again. Today, I stopped by to take my hamburger home, but at first, the orange juice from the Happy Meal set was missing, so I visited again, and only after I got home, I found out that I didn't have any fries.I'm not angry anymore and I'm really laughing at it. ----------------------------------------------- 04/02/21 They skipped the orange juice of Kids Meal again today.Fortunately, I could get orange juice because I said it, but when I got home, the sauce for the nuggets was missing.Hahaha

Grilled chicken burger was nice. Love the chocolate frappe. self ordering stations made it easy to place the orders. Fast service.

Got my order wrong, wrong flavour shake, forgot the sauce for my son's nuggets and forgot the toy for his happy meal. Only realised when we got home. Will never go here again

Items are consistently missing from takeaway orders and the construction of burger patties/buns often look like a Venn diagram. Suggest giving Thornleigh a miss and going to Waitara maccas instead.

Large with a good sized carpark, lovely outside seating too, kids play area and an excellent drive through. Its accessible from side streets, not the very busy Pennant Hills Road. I do recommend it...
