They never get your drive through order correct. You can guarantee that they will forget your sauces.

Yet again we waited over 10mins only to find out they'd completely removed our order from their screen without us receiving it. No apologies or anything, then when they did eventually get the order to us, it wasn't as we ordered. It's not the first time we've been to this restaurant for a quick bite to eat, and had to put up with poor service and unacceptable wait times. I mean seriously how hard is it to leave off the lettuce from a McChicken Burger, and the pickles, mustard and onions from a cheese burger.

Waited 10min in drive through for a coffee. When i finally got it, it was a hot chocolate. Staff member then tried to tell me thats what i orderd. Pathetic!!

Ordered a mcfeast and something's had changed..thicker tomato..crunchy lettuce..very fresh

Service is slow at all times. Coffee tastes burnt.

I love my coffee and cake especially when the lovely Laffa barists for me. Great service and coffeeeee with a smile.
