Not I'm impressed with the service, workers were swearing and saying rude things about customers. They should have more respect.

This restaurant is a god damn joke, can't even get simple orders correct, allways parked in bay and made to wait 20 minutes for one burger. Don't even bother wasting your time here. If I could rate it negative stars I would .

Waited 15 mins for food this morning. When it turned up it was missing items. Demanded. Money back. Totally incompetent. No apologies for delay or stuff up. Get your act together and maybe get someone extra to cook or don't open drive through...

I have just tried to call the phone number on your website and it says it is disconnected I got a Big Mac and the meat looks like some body has taken a big bite out of it And I ordered a double Mac thing and it’s a plan Big Mac

Well McDonalds made a profit from me this morning. Ham, cheese and tomato toastee, minus the ham. Well done, simple order and made me wait in parking bay (no other cars behind me) just to give me a tomato and cheese toastee.........

Ham, Cheese & Tomato order would indicate that ham is a requirement

Why have a store in a complete different town. Its a good 15minute drive. 2 hours to walk quite fast.

I am so confused about the MACCAS in MORWELL cos they don't know how to get anything right, SO WE stopped going there altogether

Ordered 1 c/burger h-meal poptop water Small 6 nugget meal orange juice Small Bigmac meal Choc thickshake Received all the above however I also ordered a Ham & Cheese toastie but didn't recieve it. Tried 5 times to call Morwell Establishment without having success getting through.
