McDonald's Goulburn

Unexperienced staff as well as manager, so rude and enethical. They have no idea about customer service. I ordered fish burger and got mc chicken. When next day i complain about my burger manager said to me I should have bring burger back I showed pictures but she kept saying thats not out policy i must bring burger with me. Very disappointed

This is the first and original McDonalds in Goulburn, you have to leave the free way and drive thru town to find it. Its looking very old and outdated which is unusual for McDonalds restaurants. It needs a facelift and at the time of my visit it needed a good clean. The food was what you come to expect at a McDonalds restaurant, no complaints there. Usual Covid precautions apply

Quiet. Except for the chip machines. And the dude with the neck tattoo. Fitting, hey!?

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Toilets were totally disgusting. Also ordered the new chicken burger but got a beef patties on it. We were already travelling so couldn't take it back. Will never visit there again.

I don't know how they do it, but their chips and hash browns are the best! So crispy and crunchy.

Disgraceful. No tickets left in the ticket machine so orders weren't getting collected and my order went missing. Another order put through by a human. Still didn't get done. Absolute chaos

Best McDonald's ever always fresh hot food lovely customer service

Poorly maintained place and untrained staff We stopped at the McDonalds during one of our trips and despite of ordering properly the order was not provided completely. We had to ask multiple times after we started eating. It was not so crowded but the place was very untidy.
