Wasn't a very pleasant experience at all. It seemed like all staff were being held against their will. Drive-thru staff had no idea what to do when I produced the Macca's code off the app, Charged for more than we ordered and very little to no communication in regards to why we were over charged or why nobody knew how to scan the app? Maybe a staff training day is needed to refresh people's memories? Or everyone just couldn't be bothered doing their job that day?

It took a while for the order to be served. Staff was friendly and the food tasted delicious. However the store was dirty and toilet was stinking. Regular cleaning is required.

My wife is eight months pregnant and we had been working all day on our local farm. We asked for 24 nuggets which has sauce included in the price. We asked for spicy sauce which we had done the week before as well with no issue. We were advised today that McDonalds Goulburn has a glitch which does not allow them to add spicy sauce. As a result they told us we must pay extra for sauce because of their glitch which equated over $4.00. We declined this and advised they had no glitch last week and as sauce is included we will not pay. We then had a different worker over the intercom who said her big boss has asked them to charge everyone extra for sauce and was extremely rude. Being hard working locals and having a heavily pregnant wife, this interaction was absolutely a joke and utterly disgraceful with their attempts to charge people extra for no logical reason! Will not return!

Very slow. Went drive through and ordered 3 tropical smoothie drinks. We then had to park and wait 10mins for the 3 drinks.

Freezing when we got inside. Playground was filthy. Food was fresh so I would recommend ordering takeout and going somewhere else to eat.

How does a double egg and bacon muffin become a double sausage muffin. Off course too far away to go back. North Goulburn McDonald's is the pits. The last 3 times I've been there-drive through- they have got it wrong. Once waited 15minutes for a coffee, never did get it. Next time my McChicken was stone cold and so were the chips.

This was the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They got my order completely wrong, and when I went to correct it, it became clear that they'd gotten many orders wrong. They kept me waiting for 20 minutes and gave me a burger that was sloppily put together. I know it's fast food, but this is a by product of not having anyone older and more experienced managing the staff and training them.

This experience was absolutely awful! First of all we were waiting at the speaker to be served and then we were asked to wait and we were waiting 10 minutes. Then we put our order through and were told to wait in the waiting bay. We waited for another 10 minutes to be told that something we ordered they didn’t have so we had to get something else and the server had no clue what she was doing and then we left only to not receive a coffee we ordered when we drove away and realised. The service was poor we will never go back.

Go to McDonald's south. Its worth the extra trip and time. Some food was not available due to no stock. But our alternative selection was not provided, multiple missing items, burnt food (which they seemed to feel it was not) and no apology the 4 times we had to go back to the counter to sort things out. Staff standing around while I stood at the counter waiting. I spoke with the manager twice. One with the food service and one with the poor hygene levels of the amenities. Again no apology or action taken while we dined in.
