McDonald's Braddon

Clean and well presented this was a 4 star but the lack of staff ability will soon see this a one star they really do need to sort out the staff issues at this maccers wet paint drying is sometimes faster then their "fast food"

Undercooked food, didn't have what I ordered

Need to clean the tables more often. Food was ok. No table service.

Incorrect order plus item not served. Could not get staff to assist. Won't be returning here.

Coffee always good here, consistent baristas. So always get what you expect.

Very mediocre McDonalds at best. For convenient late night food it alright but the attitude of the staff really needs improvement. Luckily there were ordering machines and contactless payment options here, so I didn’t experience any of the order mishaps. Only the McVeggie was somewhat worth it but the chicken wrap was really abysmal. Soggy un-toasted wrap with just 2 measly pieces of chicken and old veg. Just observing the staff, they are very disorganised, can’t even give a proper reply to a simple question. Either hire more people to take more shifts or properly designate the roles. The table surfaces are not cleaned and the 2 trash bins always seem to be full.

Worst Customers Service. Date 04th May 2021 @ 10:30pm I need second order and the sales boys/order taker said me i have to do another drive way round for second order. :(
