McDonald's Braddon

Food was good, service was the worst I've had at any Maccas, including in other countries. The screen at the payment window didn't display our order, nor did the employee confirm our order with us. Then when receiving the food, the employee handing off the food didn't say a single word to us, no hi, your orders "xxx," nothing. The employees at Dickson are ALWAY kind and confirm the order. I won't be returning, I'd rather drive out of my way to make sure I know what I ordered is correct.

Asked for a sausage muffin and was asked if I wanted egg and bacon muffin! As pensioners, we are entitled to a free coffee , and the first time, we did get one free, but the 2nd time, we were told that we needed to show a seniors card, Not a pension card!

Rude, entitled and incompetent. Nothing is their fault even when delivering sub standard food. I don't eat McDonald's food often though this was delivered and presented so poorly it astounded my wife and I. Not sure if management/ owner cares about customer feedback but my experience with "Taylor" was very rude entitled and she acted as though She was doing me a favour by serving me. My wife got a whole cherry tomato in her burger box. It appears as though the employee and management carefactor is very low and desire to provide great customer service is no existent. Will be following this up with owner and McDonald's head office.

Really disappointed at the service provided at McDonald’s Braddon. Ordered a cheese and tomato toasty through mobile app hoping that it will be ready, unfortunately I had to wait 15 mins for a toasty. I checked with the staff about my order and then they checked that my order docket was not even looked at, the girl on the counter said that it will come up soon and she left no apologies for delay or any reasoning. When the order was delivered as well no reasoning nor apologies and to top it up all the order was burnt. I don’t even want to goto an earlier order when they delivered a completely meal. Done never ever going to this McDonald’s.

Lazy staff. Everytime I order delivery from this McDonald's they get it wrong.

Consistently fails to give you the correct food for the simplest orders. Poor attention to detail.

Pretty nice the chips arent salty would recomend

Young staff that are not adequately trained by management to use their systems. Waited 15 minutes for a frozo. The duty manager is either not training the staff to do basic tasks or he did not have time. It looked like mayhem to complete orders. I've learned to be pretty understanding that everyone is doing their best, but there's a problem somewhere.
