McDonald's Belmont NSW

In my way to work, went throught drive thru for quick meal in the morning. Was directed to park with 7 other cars. Waited 10 minutes and decided to proceed to go inside to get refund as waited far to long. Go to counter, the cashier (female) proceeded to start the refund on the till and walked away before i even had to enter my card. Poor service. Mcdonalds, you can do far better.

Drive through staff were rude and short, food was sub par

The few occasions we've visited it's been fast service and good coffee/frappes. 😁👍 Beats Rutherford, Greenhills, Thornton, Glendale and Edgeworth hands down. Which isn't hard to do, but hey, credit where credit is due. 😁👍

They show respect and welcome you as well they also very pleasant

The burgers today were slapdash and poorly constructed... c'mon guys, surely you can arrange them with a little care, finesse and structural integrity?!

That was my worst Maccas experience for a very long time. The food was awful.

Waited at least 10 mins for my order, so when I received it the French fries were stone cold, so had them replaced with not much difference between them. The young staff obviously haven't been trained well enough, with most off the customers complaining in regards to their orders.

Not very clean. We had to wipe down the tables we used ourselves, and there were chips, packaging and various bits of debris underneath a number of the tables. Regular cleaning is obviously not much of a priority, which is surprising, given recent public health concerns due to COVID-19.
