9:20am June 8th. To the young rude little girl serving. Your so lucky I Neva come back to tip my drink all over you. If you don't appreciate your job give it to some one who will. Simple. Your manager must be so proud of a dill pickle.

Staff were really lovely but are woefully undertrained- not their fault but management’s. McCafe no longer available? Premises clean & tidy but extremely long wait for food. Happy to change review if things improve.

Freezing in store, food was fresh chips need more salt, service was great toilets were clean

Down here for an appt at the hospital so we stopped in for some food. Wasn't the best experience. Ordered 2 happy meals, chips weren't fresh at all and the Nuggets were cold and hard. Ordered a Mighty muffin also which hadn't been warm or anything. Also ordered 3 donuts for the kids and they were frozen, which was ok as they wanted to eat them later.

Drive through experience. Only 1 beef paddy per bigmac ordered. Ordered 2. Only received 1 double cheese burger. Ordered 2. Couldn't hear the order request properly. Not getting 2 beef paddy's on bigmac has happened more than once at this store. Not happy.

Drove through to buy a Bacon & Egg McMuffin meal, a coffee & a Sausage McMuffin. Coffee was o.k. Both McMuffins were unfortunately extremely overcooked, dry, and hard "as a rock." They had obviously been prepared a long time prior to purchase, and placed in a hot oven. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. The only reason I didn't return it was that I stopped off there briefly on a trip from Newcastle to Sydney, and didn't have time to go back, after opening the meal.

Ordered a medium chocolate thick shake which cost me 4.95 and it was clearly some sort of coffee. Service was rude, didn't even say hi or thankyou, just slid me my mcflurrys and sundae which were around half full. Except the sundae kinda banged so I'll give em props for that otherwise not happy.

Clean dining area. Car park is easily accessible. Drive through is efficient
