Beautiful scenery, interior of the buildings also very lovely. Unfortunately no vegan options (well, they have a live farm so no wonder!), but I saw "milk alternatives available" on the coffee signs, so they may have had a plant based milk. Loved seeing the turtles and greenery

A wonderful experience, called “The ultimate Maggie Beer experience”. Great insightful cooking class with Bron who was well experienced and a wealth of knowledge. Wine/gin tasting was lovely overlooking the water. Platter was catered for 1 meat eater and 1 vegetarian too very well. All combined a great experience. A relaxing and comfortable vibe, will be back.

Lovely spot to take a breath. Anything from relishes and sauces to cakes and quiches. Very covid safe and delicious tastings and fabulous coffee. They do gin and wine tastings too. Bliss.

I was very happy to be able to get a spot on the Ultimate Farmshop Experience today. Our host was Kylie, she was outstanding. She shared the history of the farm and the products. When she began, she asked about dietary requirements, so when one of the other people advised they were vegan, Kylie quickly excused herself and returned with more pans and utensils, to ensure no contamination during the cooking demonstration and serving. The food was amazing and being able to sit and watch it be prepared and cooked right where Maggie films was awesome. The other Staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable and keen to ensure everyone enjoyed their visit. I so want to come back.

Description

Visit us at the farmshop & cafe where it all began over 40 years ago. Here you can taste the fruits of all those years of value adding produce to hand. You can sit at the open windows with a coffee and cake or a glass of wine and see the native turtles or local birdlife in the adjoining lake. We encourage our visitors to wander around the Farm Shop & cafe and take the opportunity to taste all the products; in fact this is the only place in Australia where you have the chance to see and try just about every product we make. Enjoy a coffee and cake on the terrace while you enjoy views of the lake, or perhaps indulge in some wine and cheese. Locally produced and inspired by Maggie Beer, of course.
