Local Press Cafe

Had good experiences here in the past, however being denied a 4 person table so we could sit with our baby was reason enough to walk out... Very disappointed.

Very nice place with good views. Food is of outstanding quality and well prepared. A little bit on the expensive side but still affordable

Local Press Cafe is a little gem amongst the Kingston Foreshore. If you're after healthy food that tastes delicious, this is the place to visit. Can get quite busy on the weekends which is understandable, but the food is worth the wait.

Nice coffee and pleasant environment.

I absolutely love it here, I come once a week. It's one of the only places I can order virtually anything on the menu and still like it. Excellent food, every one is always friendly.

The wild mushroom breakfast was incredibly good. Something I will go out of may way for,,, very original- congratulations.

1st time to this cafe I sat down to 1 of 2 free tables inside. After 5 minutes a staff member asked me if I had been up to order. I said no I am waiting for my partner. He proceeded to tell me that there is actually a waiting list for tables and that they needed this table and kicked me off the table. Never have I been kicked out of a coffee shop! I don't remember there being a matradee or a sign saying please wait to be seated! Incredibly rude and zero customer service skills. But you know what they say in marketing that each customer will tell 6 people about their experience and those 6 people will go on to tell another 6 people & so on. I will be tell as many people as I can about my experience so they can go on to share my experience with other people they know. Epic fail when you get a review like this before the customer has even had a sip of coffee or a bite of the food. Regards Samantha

Wonderful food and service. Definitely recommend.

This place does great coffee and is popular for breakfast and lunch - it gets pretty busy on the weekends so it can be tough finding the right table if you’ve got a group of more than four! Recommend the green plate and cold press juice

This is vegan spring 2016 menu offered by the Local Press Cafe. Brunch and lunch are seasonal. Must mixed it with the great coffee and a bit of sunshine.
