Breakfast was amazing

Dropped into the Lobby Bar for a drink before a show and was pretty disappointed with the experience. Presentation of drinks was very ordinary and twice the wait staff tried to take our glasses before they were empty, but at stage offered to take another order. Decor was nice, but velvet chairs were very grubby.

This place a head turner indeed. The service is out of this world. Especially the crown it crowns life with joy

So, i ordered a coffee and cake and asked them to bring it to one of the lounge couches on the far side as it is a free seating area. The lady at the counter tells me it's best if I sit close by for her to bring what I ordered. So I ask "Dnt you have a table seating system" so she looks at me and says." This isn't McDonald's". Wow, thank you for such an amazing curt reply.. Despite my complaint on how I was treated I got no apology. Really expected better.

Visisted here this afternoon to be welcomed with Excellent service, drinks are reasonably priced. Great little starter bar or to wrap up the day. Comfortable seating and considering this is a lobby bar ambience is not too bad.

Waited 15 minutes for coffee and wasn’t a busy morning. Service is generally quite slow in general.

High tea was absolutely fantastic! Loved it

The lobby lounge cafe is unacceptably slow. Every time we order takeaway tea, we are told 10 mins. My friend ordered a takeaway coffee and it took 20 mins. There’s no one waiting at the counter. Very frustrating.
