Lobby Lounge

I came to the lobby lounge for breakfast a couple of times during my stay at Crown. The food is good enough, but the staff ruin the experience completely. They are unfriendly, entitled, and make you feel as if they are doing you a favour by serving you. If you happen to see a man with bleached blonde hair by the name of Christos, don't even bother approaching. That being said, the evening bar staff are great, and there are many great cocktails to choose from. Live music is also excellent with a variety of performers each night.

Considering everyone goes to the atrium this one is excellent for breakfast No queues No free for all breakfast plate bumping Coffee is excellent. Much better than Sprolo Staff courteous, friendly and efficient. Breakfast we had Eggs Benedict - wife describes as tasty Bircher Muesli - large portion. Not too sweet either Good place for breakfast

We went to the Lobby Lounge for my birthday after having dinner at the Merrywell and wandering around the casino. Other bars wouldn't accept our giftcard but the Lobby Lounge was very accommodating especially Sarah who served us that evening. She was funny, engaging, knowledgeable and went out of her way to get a milkshake for us even though their machine was broken. I don't rate establishments very often but I think Sarah deserves the acknowledgement because it was her level of attentiveness that made me want to write a review. Thanks, Sarah! I hope your bosses see this and give you a raise! Lol

The coffee was extremely HOT but tasted okay when it was cooler! Inconsistent service as few takeaway orders were delivered in person however for few they called out coffee orders rather then delivering or guest names! But good ambience and music

Good spot to chill and grab a drink. The Coffee was good. The staff could be friendlier and quicker with the service. Shame there was no live music during the day though as there was a piano just sitting there unused.

Appalling service. Drink didn’t arrive after half hour. Was ignored by all staff behind the bar. Had to literally ASK to be served. Never going back.
