Food was great! Staff were wonderful . Great little spot in the heart of guildford , will definitely be back .

The food was great and the service was fast we didn't wait very long I had the big breakfast. Poached eggs was delicious the young lady serving was very polite and helpful I recommend coming hear

Stopped in for lunch with a friend this week. The Cajun chicken burger was burnt and horrible, and the “hand cut” chips seemed to be reheated from the day before. It was one of the worst meals I’ve had for a long time. Hate the QR code ordering system - with the prices charged, what’s wrong with having the wait staff either attending the table or asking customers to order at the counter - a bit more human touch would be great! I’ve given the one star because the waitress was great, and receptive to us as customers. And she made the coffees which were fine. I’ve been to some of the other cafes/restaurants in the same area recently, and they are far better options than this abysmal example of a “cafe”.

Ordered 2 coffees and 2 soft drinks when the cafe was pretty much empty (one other table of 2 customers). Had to wait 15 minutes for our drinks which I wouldn't have a problem with if the cafe was busy but there was probably as many staff as customers. Would not go back.

Amazing customer service!! Great vegan options. Decent serving sizes.

Went to The Little Guildford for the first time this morning. They were quite busy and not knowing if they do table service we went in to order. The lady at the counter was quite flustered and was edging on rude, told me to take a seat and someone would come and take our order when they could. We sat for 25 minutes, the same lady and several others walked past our table multiple times, clearing other tables and then taking other tables orders that had only just arrived. Needless to say we left, very disappointing.

Great food, atmosphere and service. Always an enjoyable experience.
