Great place for afterwork drinks! Bit pricey but you certainly get what you pay for. Highly recommend!

Great vibes and food! But drink prices dynamically changes at different rounds, not getting why that so! Ofcourse it has huge location advantage hence popularity!

We had our Valentine's dinner here. The service was great and really accommodating so five stars for the wait staff. I guess we just didn't realise that Left Bank had a particular atmosphere and it wasn't what we were really looking for for Valentine's Day. The music was way too loud for normal conversation - we had to yell to be heard, especially with masks on, and for a romantic dinner, that isn't really ideal (but I completely get that's not the restaurant's fault; we just had different expectations). But if you're looking for a place with a lively atmosphere with a club vibe, this would be the place for you. We had the special Valentine's Day set menu which was presented really lovely but the quality of the meals was lacklustre (e.g. the oysters weren't fresh, the steak wasn't a good cut, etc.). Overall, it was an OK experience: great service, but the product itself was mediocre.

Went for a client lunch. Was told to order everything through the app. We all had to a order through the same phone and ensure we ordered the starters first and the mains second. Which meant handing round the phone to 8people twice. McDonald’s service, decent CBD restaurant prices, average food. Ditch the app.

Good food. But we barely got any service. You have to order from your phone. We wanted to ask questions but no one was around. But food and drinks were excellent.

If I could rate it a 10 star i would ! Absolutely amazing venue and staff! food was perfect set up was perfect couldn't of thought of a better place for our function! Thank you to Georgia, George, Stan, Kate and James and the rest of the staff for the amazing experience Most amazing staff they were with us through out the whole night and made sure that our event was perfect!!

Beautiful restaurant and bar. Every single staff member i interacted with was very friendly and attentive. The pizzas were delicious, really delicious. Great selection of beverages also.

Great food, great service, great music, great atmosphere. Really enjoyed it so will be back!

Incredibly bad service. Drinks are an absolute slog to order because you can only do so via their app. Then, even though it wasn't busy, (see photo) our 3 drinks, a beer, a glass of wine and a Pimms, were brought out separately and took between 12 and 18 minutes (yes I timed it) to be brought to our table. I let the girl know that it was "quite possibly the worst service we've ever experienced" and she just walked away without so much as an apology or explanation, just an 'I don't care' look. That's fine, the app is obviously removing as much of the personal service and interaction you would normally expect in a bar/restaurant. We will make sure we go elsewhere for that and won't ever return.
