Great food. But try to get there early as you might be waiting awhile. Yes it is that popular. Your right on the water. Great for sunsets.

Crumbed prawns were awesome, spectacular views and lovely staff. A few grilled options would be nice

A exsubirant night spot on the water line of the marina. Drinks were reasonably priced and pizzas that compared with European.

Amazing location on the beach to watch a sunset and have fish and chips. Food was good, nothing spectacular but a meal you would be happy with. We had crumbed snapper (highlight), calamari (also good), potato cakes (very average) and chips which were alright.

Fantastic food and great value for money - got twice the volume of food we expected! Lamb cutlet was magnificent 👌

We had a meal at La Beach on 1 Jan 2021. Hot and sticky under the roof, but hey it's Darwin. Sunset was amazing, love the grass outside, which isn't really part of the restaurant. Food was very average. Undercooked chips and tasteless fish.

The best fish and chips in Darwin, locally caught barramundi is melt in your mouth. We have been there many times and every time is the same. Location is perfect for sundowners and the service is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended for all 👌

Fish chips are nice but the location is the real selling point! Sitting our in the lawns as the sun sets is the way to go! It's definately worth spending the extra for the Barra for a better fish option too.
