Kintaro Sushi

Food is consistently fresh and delicious, however we realised after paying that we were charged for more plates than we ate so I recommend you double check the count before you pay.

Good food, fairly priced after prices lowered, service awful.

Not often I post a review, but I'd like Kintaro to know our experience wasn't what we'd hoped for. Seafood pancake was awful. Could not eat. Texture sloppy, pungent seafood smell was awful. Cold tuna sushi from train was lukewarm at best. Hot fried dumplings were cold. Crumbed squid didn't have elastic tendon band removed. Tasted of oil only. Staff washing hands at sink squirted oil over my clothes. Toilet doors and floors didnt look to have been cleaned been cleaned in months. Black hand marks on white door. Not somewhere I'd visit again.

Nice service and range of different sushi.

Can get very busy during peak periods. Sometimes you may wait up to 20 minutes for a table depending on how many people are in your group. Similar to Sushi Train, there is a great choice of fresh tasty sushi and sashimi. Customer service is great, and the prices aren't too bad either

Sushi train chain with a large variety of dishes, predominantly seafood, however, it's all freshly prepared and the sushi train is always crammed full of dishes. Definitely a recommended place to grab a bite if you're short on time!

I am vegan, and Absolutely shocked by information I received today from waitress, he said I cannot order vegetarian sushi, as they fried in same oil with chicken and other meat. What? So this deceiving information in menu just a trick to get vegan customers? Aren't they supposed to fry it in separate fryer? I don't think this restaurant understand what it’s mean vegan/vegetarian . They lost good customer , hopefully all other vegan/vegetarian will avoid it.
