I liked the food overall. However the supreme noodles could have been a little bit better. The Mongolian noodles is highly recommended. 😁😎

Let me make this clear, I am only giving one star to be able to give feedback. Last night we ordered from Kerrimuir Noodle Bar and I’m honestly surprised one of us didn't end up with food poisoning. I have since spoken to and reported them to my local Council. The Health and Environmental Officer I spoke with today will be investigating this further and as discussed on the phone earlier, I’ll be taking the food to the investigating officer at the Council in the morning. The food was disgusting, it was beyond disgusting. At first all I could smell was fish and thought it may have come from one of the other dishes, but it was the chicken I had ordered. I ate one piece and couldn't manage another. Not only was it terribly dry, but it tasted of fish. The honey sauce which was provided in a separate container was more like honey water, this too was absolutely disgusting, watery and inedible. The rice was quite possibly the worst rice I’ve ever had in my life. I phoned the Noodle Bar to inform them and requested a full refund, which they have refused several times. They have also hung up on me and refused to put the Manager on the phone. But, the most concerning part came during one of the conversations last night when the female I spoke with confirmed they use the same oil for both chicken and fish. Ever heard of cross contamination, food poisoning? No wonder the food was vile. They refused to refund our money but had no problem taking it. They take no responsibility for risking the health of their customers with that shocking excuse for food. I hate to think what else they believe is ok to do whilst preparing/cooking food. I’ve also raised this with MenuLog and lodged a complaint and must say I’m very happy with the acknowledgement, swift response and refund to our account in under 15 minutes from MenuLog and I believe they will conduct their own investigation.
