Nice cafe to stop for a cup of tea, scones and jam, but that's about it (don't expect berry picking or walking through a "berry farm"). Cafe sold a lot of jams + sweets. Staff weren't very friendly and it took a long time for everyone to get their orders, so much so that people started to leave without getting their cuppa.
Berry jams taste much better than those in super markets, but not cheap. Itβs still worthwhile to bring some home. The berry and ice cream crepe is nothing special based on portion size and price.
This would be a 5 if you could pick berries + there was more stock of fresh berries. We loved the vegan crepe dish- lovely thin crepes with mixed berry compote and berry sorbet. Relaxed setting with jam taste testing available.
Had some delicious desserts at Kateβs and had a lovely conversation with Kate herself! Highly recommend
Nice. Had some Raspberries. Staff were nice. Thought there would be more there and maybe allowing people to pick their own but could only buy already done.
Home made hot scones to die for. Home made ice-cream cones were huge.
Beautiful, beautiful cafe with icecream to match the scenery outside. I had the lavender and it was honestly one of the best ice cream experiences I've had. Kate and her staff are also lovely and have great customer service, highly recommend coming for a visit. Highlight of my trip, for sure!
Best cuppacino I've had in a while. Try the molten chocolate cake desert.
Fast friendly service even when the place was packed full over Easter. Food delicious and view amazing.
Nice place to stop in for morning or afternoon tea but there is not a lot here...
