Jailhouse Grill

Brilliant steak and a really good salad bar that has a fresh hot and cold selection. I love Blue steak and the Jailhouse Grill consistently serves me an excellent blue cooked ( or to some people blue is uncooked lol) steak, they always cook my blue steak brilliantly, and that's always appreciated by me. Nice atmosphere with really friendly staff who are only too happy to help, brilliant staff and equally brilliant food.

The best meal we have had in Launceston! Best steak by far and we loved the all you can eat salad bar! Fairly priced for what you get and the quality of the food!

Amazing. Ordered medium, got a perfect medium. 👌 Not only was the steak perfect, exactly what I'd been craving and looking for, but the salad bar was really good quality and delicious. I just ate here and my mouth is watering just thinking about it.

We took friends here for lunch to say thank you for their recent help and arrived 10 minutes only to find the doors were not opened till 12 noon, which was stated on the website,but still a frustration. However the meals were excellent standard pub menu but freshly prepared and cooked. Meals are accompanied with a salad bar which is extensive. Service is warm and friendly and there is an extensive wine list which would satisfy all but the most fastidious. There is no parking apart for metered spaces in the street. I would definitely eat here again

Steak is a bit dry, I ordered medium rare. My friend recommended this place, so it might depend.

Delicious steaks. Watch out for chillies in the Thai salad though. They are HOT! Salad bar beautiful too

The Jailhouse Grill was pumping the night we eat there. The Eye Fillet was the best I have had in a long time.
