Excellent service. Lots of variety at the all you can eat salad bar (included with mains). Steaks cooked well.

Came here after reading reviews. Did not disappoint! Family with teenagers and we had steak and lamb rump. Steak was cooked to perfection served with crisp potatoes. Salad bar was a lovely addition and had plenty to choose from. Staff were attentive and polite and we didn’t wait for anything. Not the cheapest steak but so worth it. Highly recommend!

The wife and I had dinner here on out first night in Tasmania, our hotel receptionist recommended it and wasnt disappointed. The food was great, the service was friendly and quick, the prices are pretty much what you'd expect of good pub food everywhere else

Got to be one of the best meals I've ever had. If you visit Launceston you HAVE to come here! The salad bar is fantastic too.

Good place to have a really nice meal. We stopped for lunch and the full menu was available which we like as we tend to eat just once in the late afternoon / early evening and like a more sizable meal. Ordered the 500mg filet steak and it was cooked PERFECTLY! Also, ordered the ribs with bbq plum sauce. Both meals come with salad bar which is a nice touch.

Dinner with some great company. Had to order (feltlike its rude not too here) a steak and was not disappointed at all. Salad bar nice with good selection. Great homely atmosphere and fantastic service. Didnt manage to get to order desserts but they looked good from the next table.

I have a travel to Lanceston, this restaurant's sticks and wine are fantastic 👏, all my friends love the food. And the Jail style design is amazing. Recommend for travelers new to Lanceston Tasmania.

Great steak. Nice wine which wasn't overly expensive and very nice surroundings.
