Are there any Music Events in a vineyard scheduled for 2020?

Hi we are coming to Cessnock end of this month and wondered if you had any suggestions for things to see and do in and around Cessnock, Hunter valley area please? We like to see and do as much as possible bearing in mind we are in our mid 50's.

Are there going to be fireworks tonight (new year’s eve) ?

List closest accommodation to Peterson House please, either hotel or motel.

Excellent service, very friendly even the lady went out of her way on the net to find information about off road tracks

Pretty paintings for sale in the centre. And wine tasting was available when we were there but we have not tried it. Plenty of the information about the area and Cafe is located on site.

Beautiful building, great range of local products and even wine tasting. Our assistant, Nancy, was friendly, patient and provided heaps of information. She even told us where children can be entertained whilst the adults do some wine tasting. Definitely the place to start at the Hunter Valley!

The ladies we spoke to in there were so helpful and gave some good suggestions on places to go other than the wineries

The HVVC is always our first stop. Staff are obliging and up to date; places to go and things to see are all well documented and displayed. Bookings are easily and quickly made. Local gifts are plentiful. Wine tasting is available. Plenty of parking and clean toilets. Highly recommended even if you are visiting wine country for the xx time, particularly now with Covid 19 rules changing how cellar doors and restaurants are operating.
