The best food.. and at a good price
Great food! Try and book ahead if you can. Earlier would be better with kids and live music on the weekend.
Service was good and friendly staff. Lunch was so so the pork belly over cooked and hard. I give it a B trying. Cook with passion and love boys.

We went on schnitzel night. So yummy! I definitely recommend the Mexican chicken schnitzel!
I was returning to Sydney from Canberra and stopped to have dinner. I entered the Hibo and it is great. Outside was about cold but inside was an open fire with cheap beer and very good food. I was only there for a little while but I would kill to have my local be half as good as the Hibernian,
