Amazing experience. Our waiter Liuyi was amazing, helped us with our first time here! Food was delicious, even recommended a sauce for us! Would come here again!

The service in this place deserves all the stars the skies can give! Having never tried HotPot before, my elderly parents and I walked in on a Monday arvo & our waiter William made us feel at home, comfortable, and truly satisfied with our dining experience! The food was perfect too, their Tom Yum soup hit the spot on a cold Winter Monday! But truly the highlight of the whole experience was the humour, the professionalism, and the attentiveness bestowed on us by William. Thank you for giving us such a memorable dining experience. We'll see you again soon with an entourage!

Such warm and touching experience last night! We were about to leave and the staffs came to celebrate and sing for my son 's birthday. We did not ask and tell anyone. It was overheard by Neil the waiter, and he came to give us free birthday cakes! It is so kind and so sweet of him! I only want to give you Neil a big thank for all you have done!

Always enjoy the food here! It is always amazing quality. The staff takes care of you really well! Always very attentive and nice. I had a server named Ruby the other night and she gave the best service i've ever had! She was amazing! Best service.

Had high expectation but not really met. There is a wide selection of food available, the soup base is decent, and all sorts of sauce/snacks provided. Pricing would be on the expensive end. Seating is comfortable but difficult in large groups, table becomes small. Recommend booking to avoid long wait times. Highlights: ✔️Good service and nice staff, a host assigned to your table ✔️Have some food that is hard to find elsewhere ✔️All sorts of amenities available on the table and in the (very clean) bathroom (hair ties, wipes, aprons etc) ✔️Wait times are accompanied by snacks and Nail salon available (check trading hours)

Well what a great night I had here, such lovely service and great food, everyone here is really nice and has a great family environment. Comfortable seating. Thank you, I will be bringing more people back with me next time.

This place is well worth a visit! We were lucky to visit pre Sydney lockdown- The staff are amazing and really welcoming. They have thought of everything to make your visit comfortable- even handing out aprons and hair ties to those who want to protect your clothes and hair from any accidental spills. The food was amazing- we ordered 4 different sauces and all of it offered an completely different flavour journey. The staff especially Leilan made our dinner which was a special Birthday dinner unforgettable! The staff sang Happy Birthday and gifted the Birthday person a awesome present along with a mouth watering ice cream cake! We also got to meet the Birthday Robot! There are plenty of seafood and vegetarian options for the non meat eaters as well as a self serve bar where you can make your own dipping sauces and sides- this made a huge difference to the amount of flavours on offer.

The staff and experience at Haidilao was just amazing. The customer service by all the staff was GREAT especially ZOE!! SHE WAS JUST SPECTACULAR, she went above and beyond to make our evening memorable! She ensured my brother had a great birthday, by giving him a present and cake ❤️ We will definitely come back and see her again. The food, dance and show was so much fun and made it a fun experience for all ages cannot recommend it enough highly recommend. Thank you to Zoe and all the staff again!!

We had amazing service for Luiyi and the food was excellent. We have been a few times before and are always amazed on the level of service and quality of food given how busy they always are. We highly recommend you visit, your will not be disappointed.
