Haidilao

I was amazed by how professional hospitality Hadilao is. Service was flawless, particularly I should mention Jimmy (hopefully I mentioned his name correctly), friendly and helpful customer service. Hopefully, you could see my comment on here as when I was about to say thanks, you had already left :( On top of service section, food was fresh. If I have to choose the cons of my experience, probably I would say the spicy chili hot broth. Despite choosing the light level, the broth was still overwhelming. My review is subjective so it might not be with you, just give you guys awareness that the spicy level is far beyond what you expect.

The spicy soup was so so fragrant in addition to being spicy and numbing. Would recommend it for anyone who likes spicy food. The noodle dance, which we'd order every time, entertained our mum without fail. We were also really impressed by the way they clean their tables. They had 4  different colours of towels, each for a different purpose and section. They even had one specifically for cleaning the chairs. This was so valued especially now that covid cases in Sydney started to rise. The service was attentive as you'd expect from any Haidilao. Our waiter Ray was really nice and funny. Overall an exceptional dining experience.

Had a birthday dinner here and it was very fun and the food was delicious, the service was great! All the staff were really friendly. Shoutout to the guy who ran after us when we forgot our cake 😂 He also helped pack the leftovers of the cake into the box. The happy birthday singing was so enthusiastic and chaotic i loved it! Ten/ten recommend coming for a birthday dinner! Might be a bit of a wait but Definitely worth it.

My friends and I had an amazing time at dinner. Our server Zekai was very professional, attentive and helpful. Condiments bar had a great selection and all of our choices did not disappoint. Will be back again.

Visited last week and loved the experience. The staff were friendly and helped us understand the ordering system and the sauce bar. It's very different to your usual hotpot. The ingredients were fresh and delicious but they also had a lot more 'entertainment' such a dancing noodle and robots. They also have a free manicure service available for those who wait in line. 10/10 must visit!

Been there twice now and it's the best hotpot place I've been. The service is good, food is fresh and they provide entertainment - robots, mask dance, dancing noodle and nail salon. Highly recommend!

It was a great experience. The food was great and had wonderful service from Lin who was extremely friendly and had a wonderful attitude. She helped me decide on which food to order while i could't make a choice. Can't wait to come back next time!!!

we went to this restaurant many times, love the food and their staffs are extremely friendly! today we been served by a young gentleman Zekai, he was very thoughtful, offered us fruits and beverage as soon as we sit. anyway, highly recommended this place and definitely will go a second time

I have been to Haidilao many times for hot pot and the food and service has been consistently good. Our recent server Ruby was very accommodating and polite which made our experience much more enjoyable. Thank you for the pleasant experience and we will be back for more.
