Ordered a burrito bowl and paid additional $2 for guacamole and they FORGOT to add it in !!

During the COVID-19 pandemic, my friend and I bought burritos and nachos from you guys and we are highly disappointed in the lack of presentation and effort that was put into our order. Yes it was delivered by Uber Eats. The nachos were just chips and minced meat that looked like it had been thrown about before put in the bag. We hope that next time you can add more effort into our order even during this pandemic. I understand that we can all get lazy sometimes but this isn't the invitation to stop creating a great customer experience for us regulars. Please take this into consideration. Hopefully this won't tarnish too much of your current reputation as a great food service brand.

I visited world square branch today around 8pm. I ordered nachos fries mini meal and extra corn chip. But Diana didn’t gave me any drink so I back to reception for double checking my orders and extra payment for get drink (she didn’t provide first orders receipt so I don’t know why I has extra pay). She couldn’t understanding mini meal plus extra corn chips but other male staff was understanding what I’m saying and he showing her which is corn chips box. Unfortunately when Diana was provide food to me it is not included small chips. This is not mini meal plus extra corn chips.

Quite uncomfortable seating arrangements due to COVID. Only 2 people can sit together. If you are planning a family day out, don’t consider this place.

Tables dirty. Staff slow. Both our meals were missing tomatoes and or guacamole despite it not being busy... I guess I see why.

Good and healthy food,never go wrong with their menus,lost 10kg in last two month period and gain 8kg in muscles with exercise and their food,lunch and dinner. No time to cook.

Clean interior. Lots of hand sanitizer available all around the store. Service is quick. Good vegetarian options.
