Where do I start now. Staff is not well trained very unprofessional people behind the counter who does not have any customer service skills at all. Food was even below the average. Place is not very cleaned dirty tables. I love GYG but I wouldn't be going back to this place.I think this branch is ruining the reputation for GYG. Wish I could give this place a zero star.

Customer service is great food just standard

What a pathetic and terrible food. I bought burrito and enchiladas tonight and I have to say this is the worst food I ever had in my life. Both of them have no flavours and just filled with rice and beans mostly. I spend $33 for both, it's not even worth of $5. Chicken has just simply gone overcooked and can't eat because of its bitterness. I don't know how GYG guys simply pack this and serve it to customers if they find the food is not good. Seriously very disappointed

Service: Very poor service. Menus not available until you get to the counter to order. Screens didn't work and I had no idea what the options were. Zero customer service or help offered to order when I could have been given a run down of what was on offer and spend money to buy lunch. Clearly the young man taking the order was new and the girl instructing him had a sullen look on her and didn't want to be there, wasn't giving any good advice and ignoring the staff member in training. Food: On first inspection my salad looked OK. However it was missing the guacamole which I had to ask for twice when ordering. When I asked the sullen girl at the counter she almost read my mind and knew it was missing guacamole. No apology just slapped it on and gave it back. Also the greens in the salad were either unwashed or old. Neither option is good. Chopped up tomatoes don't count as salsa. For $14 it was a rip off. Atmosphere: Plenty of outside space. Comfortable and shady. The birds hang around snacking on left overs if they aren't removed. But there was one particular gentleman who was very good at clearing up after dirty people. I like the recycling options, well done. You had one job. Offer clear friendly customer service and tasty Mexican food. Clearly they are struggling to perform this. Management needs a kick up the butt. How disappointing as I usually like Guzman y Gomez.

Great for vegetarians, you can opt for vegan options. Loaded nachos and enchiladas are must try.

I ordered something completely different to what I got and waited 30min longer to receive my simple one meal. Very poor 😔

Just your usual GyG. Nothing special you know what you get..

Wouldn't have been my choice for lunch venue but the tribe had spoken before my arrival. The food was better than initially expected though, so that's a plus.

Healthy and not too expensive food. Have a nice outside dining area. Food quality is very good. The staff is nice and well trained. Chicken is sometimes a bit too charred.
