Good service. Friendly staff. delicious food.
Tasty awesome tacos....yumo...👍😀
Absolutely disgusting service from the guy at front counter on monday night, refused to serve us because a friend didn’t have a mask on, when he had a medical exemption. He had the biggest attitude, no smile, after we said thank you a thousand times, he still had no manners, he acted as if his dad owned the store. after he started serving us we ordered nacho fries, which was clearly written on the receipt he gave us. But he instead gave us just normal nachos. Didn’t even bother returning it, because of the amount of attitude this guy had. I wouldn’t be surprised if he had spat in our food, because once he finished serving us he started talking Spanish to the girl next to him, you could just tell that this person is talking S**t about us. I’ve never had bad experience at any other GYG stores, expect this one. Stay well away from this place.
Surprisingly good. Franchises Mexican was my concern, reality - fresh and tasty food with a simple ordering process, follow the steps. Plenty of seating inside and out and the service is efficient yet not super friendly. Washed down my Burrito bowl with a Corona rather than the frozen margarita. Cool decor and I will definitely try again.
Good value. Quick service. Tasty
Good stuff... bit fast foodie but all good! 😋
1st delivery, cold food. 2nd delivery, wrong order. 3rd delivery, order cancelled by restaurant. I then decided to eat in the restaurant so I could get it hot and fresh. It was cold, the chips were soggy and greasy, and the service was pathetic. No greeting, no smile, nothing. The staff should visit GYG in Burleigh Heads to learn a thing or two about service and good food. No wonder it’s not a busy restaurant, next time I’ll try one of the good Mexican restaurants within 20 meters of GYG.
Sometimes the ingredients aren't too fresh, especially around summertime. You can kind of taste the stale rice in the burrito bowls.
