Great restaurant, friendly staff. Great burgers, so fresh, so tasty, try the zuchhini and sweet potato fries.

I have had some amazing grilled burgers here, but unfortunately I have also had one too many stuff ups with my order. There seems to be poor quality control at grilled chatswood. I have paid for added extras that were not in my burgers when I received them. I sent an email to grilled about multiple occasions where ingredients were missing and received no response. Today I thought I’d give grilled another chance and was disappointed. The bacon I received in my burger was significantly charred and inedible. Clearly employees see this charred bacon and put it into burgers with disregard for the customer. I tried to call their phone at 9pm which is not during their peak time... The phone rang continuously until I couldn’t wait any longer. Hopefully grilled chatswood will see this and work on improving their quality control. I know they have the capability to make amazing burgers like that which I’ve had there in the past.

If I could give this restaurant less stars I would. Michael is one of the rudest and most inconsiderate staff I’ve ever come across. He has a complete disregard for your order. Second weekend in a row where we have dealt with him. First time he answers the phone then leaves you on hold for thirty minutes so you can’t make a pickup order. Only to eventually get through to another team member after 30 minutes who apologises for his behaviour. The following weekend then he cancels our order one hour after receiving it with zero explanation and only when we call him asking where our order is he says “yeah we just had a really busy day and we ran out of meat so we are closing early”. This was almost two hours until closing time. You couldn’t have told us that over an hour ago when we placed the order? Or called us to let us know? Cannot believe a guy like this works in customer service, really disappointing from Grill’d. He is so inconsiderate and rude both over the phone and in person , will literally go to any other location than this one!! Do not recommend !!!!

While they are definitely a bit above the average pricing, these guys kill at making enjoyable, healthy burgers. Would highly recommend.

Quality and service here is as standard for Grill’d as it comes. Only issue was tables were dirty and not wiped down, which is alarming during a pandemic.
