Grill'd

Good burgers (not great) and friendly staff. This is our second time to Grill'd and thrle first time in Chatswood.

I absolutely love this place. The quality of the food is great and they are very fast delivering the order to the table. The staff is very friendly as well. I would say that in COVID times, the tables inside the restaurant are a little bit close to each other, especially in the upper floor, but they indeed respect the minimum required distance by law. It's just probably a perception as the place is not too big, compared with other restaurants of the brand. They also have a bunch of tables outside. During peak hours, the street is really busy with heaps of cars and noisy buses and people walking close to the tables (the restaurant is in one of the busiest zones of Chatswood) but outside peak hours, dinning outside is really nice and makes the Grill'd experience even better.

The restaurant fit for me and my other friends comfortably and I was really fascinated by my burger! I chose one of the vegan options and it was very well done and super tasty. The restaurant also listed out the calories which makes this a perfect place for me to visit knowing how much I am eating. The burger is super tasty too, and I would recommend the Beyond Garden Goodness Vegan burger!

Size of the burger is small. Not enough for my appetite. Otherwise 5 star

Grill'd is not updated with the policy if Dine & Discover. I spoke to a staff member in Chatswood Grill'd who claim she is the Manager and told me that the voucher is not accepted on public holidays. After pointing to her the policy on the website has changed that it is valid 7 days and public holidays she still didn't want to accept the voucher today. She told me that it was a direction from her manager and when I asked her what is the name of her manager she refuse to give. So, Grill"d, SHAME ON YOU!!! GET ON WITH PROGRAM. YOU SHOULD BE GRILL"D!!!!

Turned up 20mins before close and was worried we wouldn't get served. But we got the best service ever. Aria and the kitchen staff were great and my burger was delicious.

Very bad experience with service, quality and quantity. Super oily chips, half the usual quantity. Not coming again.
