Great service and food

Incredibly slow service. One cook in the kitchen with several orders and more staff serving tables - feels unbalanced. Waiting for a take away takes double the amount of time compared to other burger joints in the shopping centre. Just avoid and get a burger from somewhere else so you have time to eat the food on your break

Quite busy on a weekday lunch, but not too long before food was out. Burger was a decent size, and tasty. Chips were very well seasoned. Price was a little high, but pretty good for a burger place in the city. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Nice fresh and quick . Good time pass. Though music was little too loud. Thanks everyone

The best Grill'd ever. We are from the Central Coast and whenever we are in Sydney we specifically visit this Grill'd. I have coeliac disease and they are always super thorough with limiting the cross contamination. They area also super friendly, and even though they offer the same menu items as the other Grill'd stores, for some reason they taste 100x better here!! Can't recommend highly enough.

Always awesome tasty burgers with friendly service. Our kids love the kids pack and the latest heroes toys. Waygu beef burger was super juicy and full of flavour. The chips share plate is always a family favourite. Highly recommended.

The burgers here were good and value not too bad. The service was exceptional under the circumstances as there was one worker taking orders, cleaning tables and delivering orders for the entire store. Come on give this poor person some help. It's a busy shopping centre and I'm sure you guys can afford 2 young people to do this and not just one.

It was a miserable day outside so we decided to go shopping at Broadway. Lunchtime came and we walked past Grill’d and decided to stop in. Even though the place was jam packed and super busy the young guy that took our order was really friendly and warming as well as had a great sense of humour. There was a couple of guys(couldn’t say gentlemen) that were being extremely rude and disrespectful at the counter but the manager(Alex) handled the situation with professionalism, courtesy and total respect, even though the guys didn’t deserve it. The other server was so great he diverted the waiting customers to another register and continued with his happy, warm, friendly service and got them all all sorted. If these guys actually call head office or leave a terrible message about Alex or the staff, it is totally uncalled for. Thank you Grill’d Team Broadway for making our Sunday lunch a good experience.

Went today at grilld Broadway had an argument with another customer because he spat on me but then a manager compensated with a warm can of coke ,but then finally ordered the crispy bacon & cheese burger and it was absolutely disgusting ! I loved it I recommended it to the jewish marching band on George street and they spat it out , will be going back love your burgers, also furious that you can’t do your fries gluten free, I’m on a gen z fad diet although I’m not allergic to gluten I’d like to stay a supreme girl boss babe status and only treat my body like a temple , I did threaten to jump one of your staff today , told them to meet me outside of Lotus Dining , but never showed up , regardless your food is garbage and will be definitely going back!!! Amazing work Grill’d Staff team at Broadway props to you for making my burger with love
