Goldfish Bowl Bakery

Bread and baked treats - amazing! Coffee - excellent! Would satisfy the discerning coffee drinker! Dining - WOW. Had a brilliant fried rice cooked perfectly with pork belly and prawn. My wife had what she calls "the best vegetarian pie". And the service? So friendly and helpful. We accidentally left something behind and a staff member chased us 300m down the street to return it to us. The baristas and staff are very friendly. All in all - wonderful bakery, coffee shop, and dining cafe! Wish I lived nearby to enjoy it more often.

Top notch all round. Highlights include the excellent ice chocolate and coffee. The bacon had a perfect smoky flavour. Thoughtful staff provided steak knives for the crusty bread.

A really great, low-key breakfast and lunch place with pizzas on Friday evening too. Tasty food, great service and just a nice vibe. P.S. Their menu is on the wall inside and the times make no sense whatsoever

A 'Goldfish Bowl' of delightful food We had the chance to try this bakery in our short stay at Armidale. We were very pleased with the overall experience and food. The service was good but could be improved - for example when ordering items drinks should arrive before the food. The coffee was great and had an amazing texture and flavour. They did not have almond milk at the time. The dish presentation was fair and was a secondary point after we tasted the food. The flavours were amazing, especially a bacon strip we had that was cooked to perfection. The tables are too small for groups (>4). This could also be improved. Overall, we had a pleasant experience in this bakery and I recommend you try it.

Such a great cafe, lovely courtyard to be able to bring the dog to breakkie. Great coffee and superb food.

Fantastically friendly with positive vibes a family friendly cafe and bakery with super sized, superb tasting brekkies and delicious coffee...a must visit for those visiting Armidale and after a yummy breakfast.
