love love love Messina!!! the variety of flavours is great, favourite is passion fruit sorbet🥰🥰 staff are always so so friendly and nice~ really good and prompt service, never fails to make everyone happy~ a happy returning customer! lines are a bit long on the weekend and at night but worth the wait! high recommend and is a lovely dessert after dinner or just a nice cold snack~~~~

This is the best icecream store! The staff are always very friendly and enthusiastic. The wait is never very long, and the line moves quickly (it often is long) and its definitely worth every minute waiting. Their specials are amazing and keep us coming back regularly. Oh and the prices are cheaper than most scoop stores despite the gourmet ingredients. I recommend this store to everyone! Check out their instagram if you need convincing (and also it's one of the best company social media pages around). 11/10
Best ice-cream in Brisbane. Although the location it self can be a little hard to park near. The ice cream makes up for it and in addition, its only for a small price. Worth a try
I need to register this!!! Such wonderful customer service i had from two ladies in this shop... it was only 5min left to close the store.. i went near the store saw those store persons preparing to close the store and was vexed.. but the store person was a girl and she asked me to come in served me and my friend ice cream .. she served the ice cream in same energy and really i was so satisfied and was shocked even there are good customer service persons who do their job in great way.. kudos to the team ... thank you for your service... .. .and ice creams are really great everyone should try it!
Ice cream that is really in its own category. Messina is top shelf. Using locally sourced ingredients to supplement the human body with delicious ice cream is what everyone should be about.
Good range of Italian style gelato and sorbets. Reasonable price.
This place gets really busy on Saturday night, but don't get put off by the queue. It moves really fast and you're in enjoying some of the finest ice-cream in Brisbane. If you're taking your kids there you need to get your scoops in cups because the ice-cream is soft by nature. Even an ice-cream Hoover like me had trouble finishing my single scoop before it started to drip. That is unheard of! If you reckon you can eat faster than me then you'll find the cones to be delicious and crisp. Dolce de Leche is a great place to start and you can explore other flavours from there.
