What a fall from grace, this place really has gone down hill recently! We ordered from here every other week during lockdown and the chicken was amazing! Over the last couple of months it's progressively got worse and worse to the point where we have stopped ordering. The garlic soy-sauce has the consistency (and flavour) of water, chicken is under fried, 2/10 orders will get side dishes. Really disappointing, bring back your old chef/manager or whoever use to make this place so good!

The food and the service is great. We ordered fried chicken and some sizzling pot of beef and they were really nice. The restaurant, however, was the noisiest place I've ever eaten at (maybe it was just that one night).

This is the worst experience I've ever had ordering food!!! We ordered via Panda a total of 5 items and we only received 2 out of the 5. When we called the restaurant, they admitted that there was a miscommunication between front of house and the kitchen. Person handling us was arrogant and offered no solutions. Basically told us to call Panda and deal with them to get a refund. 0 apologies and very arrogant!! Did not own up to their mistakes and pushed the blame onto the food delivery service. I would not recommend eating at gangnam pocha ever!! 0/10

Ordered the ginseng chicken soup and rice. Tastes like half Coles chicken with clear chicken soup. No ginseng what so ever and I got side tub of salt to add on my own. Never ever order from here again.

I wish could give 0 star for this restaurant, bad attitude the guy owner. Even we have a booking but still have to be wait around 45mins, when someone leave. He arrange the table for his friend just arrived. Never come back!

It was fairly good but I didn't try the house specialty which has cheese on top. I am curious and want to try it next time. I did have the fried chicken which was fine. After a cocktail and whiskey evening I probably wasn't in the best palate for food tasting.

Best place for late night fried chicken. Love extensive menu.
