Such a bad customer service! We waited to be seated, greeted one of the staff but she just look at us and walked a way! Decided to go elesewhere instead.

This is my first time for Google Review as this time for this restaurant was quite annoying. Normally, I’m an easy guy and will mostly overlook minor issues. At first, I was greeted by a waitress but not that anticipated, then, she went to take order for other tables without helping me looking for a table. Fair enough, only her as a waitress, let’s give her some times. At that time, another family waiting for table as well but they came after myself, she helped this family first then informed them that all tables were occupied and they will need to wait for 5-10 minutes but for me, she stared at me then asked “5-10 minutes” ? And then she fled me away. Not sure is that a standard of customer service for Four Frogs? In a dilemma for a while then a senior staff (I guessed, as per her outfit ??) came to help me secured a table. Next, ordering time, I ordered some strawberry crepe with white chocolate ice cream and asked for ordering extra sorbet. She seemed to not understand but then said that there is no sorbet now. Only ice cream, okay, let’s have extra coconut ice cream. Eating time, the crepe came with only one coconut ice cream. Okay, never mind, the food is nice but not worth for the price. Finally, payment time, waiting at the machine for a while then another staff asked me to pay at her station. The price higher than expected as I guessed they included extra ice cream but I got only one ice cream. As well, I asked her but she said 10% weekend surcharge, this is what I didn’t know before I came in and no sign or indicator there. Such a horrible experience overall. I don’t want a “perfect” level of customer service but just something that adequate for the price that I paid which I don’t think I get it. And this might be the last time for Four Frogs Crepe.

Had a spinach and feta crepe to takeaway. The crepe was crispy on the edges and soft on the inside and the spinach was very fresh. However I don't think they use feta... and also the cheese tasted sour which is weird. I didn't go back because I had to make my way to appointment. I think the customers here are more transient than in the suburbs because I haven't experienced this at their Randwick store.

Had my first savoury crêpe at four frogs and I honestly loved it. Great food, friendly service, great coffee. The Nutella Crêpe was too good. A great place to go for brunch/lunch. Highly recommend it.

Breakfast for 9 people at opening time of 10am. Food was amazing, I had a crepe Suzette flambe and it was very tasty. Food came pretty quickly. Chocolate milkshake is very chocolatey. Staff could have been friendlier.

As it was saying "open till late", I didn't imagine they'd be closing at 8:45 so the only option was takeaway. I grabbed a chorizo/mushroom/cheese; the galette was very good and crispy but the ingredients inside weren't great.

We'd been there previously so the first time we went it was a Sunday afternoon for lunch and the food was perfect. Delicious and the crepes were crispy and a little bit better than what we received the following time we went. We had gone this time with more people and it was a busier time, it was a Friday night for dinner when Vivid was on. So I think that is why the food wasn't perfect, the crepes weren't crispy as the first time, they didn't put the salad on top of crepes this time like they did the first time. The dessert crepe didn't seem to have enough lemon and icing sugar like the first time I had it. I think its because they were busy. With that being said, I still enjoyed the food. It was still pretty delicious and I'd still go back to eat there in the future. The first time we went they did charge an extra $5 for a tip and because it was a Sunday they also charged for a 10% surcharge on food. But I'm not sure if they still charge for a tip this time around as I personally didn't pay the bill for dinner this time around. All the waitresses and waiters both times we went were very friendly, attentive, helpful and patient. The pictures are of what I had ordered for myself but there was much more food than what is pictured.

In France we love our crêpes. Whether sweet or savoury - called galettes - they are a delicious meal, traditionally enjoyed with a glass of cider or white wine and some good company. Opening our third outlet in the vibrant heart of Sydney's CBD was a natural move following the success of our first two restaurants in the north and south.
