Great value and extremely friendly service. Great vibe as it appears they know every single customer. I got the big breakfast and coffee for a total of $12, was satisfied when leaving. Would definitely return

This has to be the best value breakfast offerings in Perth. The $11.50 Big Breakfast comes with two slices of bread, baked beans, half a tomato, bacon, two eggs, a hash brown, mushrooms and a coffee. Everything in this place is value for money. The staff are friendly and it's easy to understand why this little no frills patisserie has so many regulars who eat here daily. The regulars are normal people who are not caught up in what others think of them. The prices are like the prices we used to pay in Perth twenty years ago. If you decide to visit this place don't expect a fine dining experience, on the contrary expect a value for money filling meal.

Just visited this morning and I give this place 10/10. Obviously there's nothing hipster or aesthetic about this place, but if you're looking for good and unpretentious brunch at an excellent value, this is definitely the place to be. $12 for big breakfast + drink! My poor student wallet is swooning. Service was also lovely. Didn't try the cakes or pasteries but they looked good too. Honestly hope this place doesn't get too popular because I want to go back all the time :')

$12 for big breakfast and mug of coffee/tea. few rashers of bacon 2 poached eggs, fried mushrooms, Heinz baked beans, hash brown, half a tomato and 2 slices of toast. this is what breakfast should be.
