One of the best vegetarian breakfasts I have ever eaten. Coffee is really nice too but the best thing about this place is the decor. Such a lovely and relaxing set up. Highly recommend.
A lovely place for brunch or dinner. Just been here for brunch with friends and the service was fast, friendly and professional. The food looked great and tasted even better!
Went there for lunch with friends today, my partner was served his 'Edgars Burger' and the beef batty was literally raw on the inside, only writing this now because he's sick. Really disappointed tbh
Drinks and Food not too bad at all. Staff were helpful and friendly. Just wished the food portion sizes were larger, as the prices aren't exactly cheap and the portions you get are very small. Get this balance right and you will easily get 5 stars.
Fabulous breakfast with fresh ingredients and very cool surroundings even on a very hot day. Booking a table online was easy with text reminder the night before. Plenty of parking and staff very kind. Loved it.
Alcoholic regulars hurling abuse after multiple patrons request for dogs running a muck to go back on their leads. Female guests felt unsafe as nothing was done by staff despite multiple pleas for intervention. I love supporting local Canberra business, but this was totally unacceptable. Ladies - consider a different establishment to avoid leering, swearing and behaviour levelled at women in an attempt to be overtly intimidating. Never again.
Food was pretty nice but I think we just caught a bad day or something - unfortunately the service wasn’t very good... “sloppy” at best, lots of mistakes or missing things or forgetting our table multiple times. A shame as it was our first time and we’ve heard great things overall - a local hangout

Food was good, serving size fair decor nice but bar prices a little steep Sorry but $9.00 for a schooner and $16.00 for Malibu double with pineapple juice .
Over nearly 20 yrs it has been on consistently excellent.
One of Canberra’s best-kept secrets away from the bustling CBD, Edgar’s is a second home to many Ainslie locals. Be it coffee and croissants or craft beer and crabmeat, Edgar’s does it all and does it well. One of the best places to catch live sport, its closed environment provides an intimate atmosphere for customers. The laidback vibe of this venue really comes through on a Sunday afternoon, with live acoustic music to wrap up your weekend.
