Interesting place to eat lost on a ship table

A great experience and wonderful food. The place has a great feel. It reminds me of the inn described in Treasure Island. The décor is fantastic, really adding to the marine theme. By the water and centrally located, this is a must see if in Hobart.

Hadn't been for a few years but still fabulous food. Great value for money. Friendly attentive staff. Decor still amazing!!

The decor and atmosphere are brilliant. The layout is tight but it works really well - compact without being uncomfortable. The food is always very good but never outstanding; for the price I'd expect slightly higher standards. The food and drinks menu are both broad, the dessert menu is great and the service is good. This seafood restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

Great food and the serving sizes are good. They make one of the best seafood chowders I've ever had. You'll need to book a table to get in at a decent time though.

Only here for the seafood chowder, didnt not disappoint, rich flavour and creamy texture, will definitely come back for dinner next time in Hobart.

Beautiful food, happy and friendly staff in a unique setting. Atmosphere is great. Prices are very reasonable also

The best smoked oysters I've ever had. They really were amazing and paired perfectly with a Tassie sparkling. Host was a bit stressed in seating our group of 4 adults and 3 kids as tables are a bit tight together and they had alot of upcoming reservations but got us in and the servers were friendly.

Bad. Over price. Nothing special tastes and ingredients. They use cheap pasta for prawn linguine not handmade. They burned the pasta it's tastes like smokey it is not supposed to be like this. Chowder and wok pot was too salty and tastes nothing special. Salads is horrible no fresh no taste cheap tastes they just mixed mayonnaise.
