It’s a place for drinking. The seafood is not so fresh on my second visit, was all right on my first visit. I spent $95 by dining alone here without any booze.

Delicious fare! A predominantly seafood menu with many flavours, food well presented, attentive service and a cozy environment. A table of 8 and everyone enjoyed their meal.

Amazing interior furnishing, great food. Not that much choice for a vegetarian, but that's something you can expect in a seafood restaurant. However, the food is very tasty! On my opinion the music is not quite suitable to the atmosphere in this beautiful place..

Top quality fish restaurant. We had an amazing dinner. Although on the pricy side, the culinary experience is top notch. A must visit place for fish and see food lovers.

Very expensive for mixed reviewed food. Group of 6 of us, 3 had a fantastic meal and 3 did not. Two staked ordered med-well and one came out rare. The only vegetarian dish was bland and had clumpy rice..... wait staff where excellent though. High service standards but kitchen may need some help.

The atmosphere, staff and food were fantastic! However, it was quite overpriced and the portion wasn't great. This might be the normal pricing in Tasmania so this is just my opinion. - yellow fin tuna sashimi (entree): aesthetics; taste and texture were great! - oysters (2 kinds) : weren't the best and it was $25 for half a dozen. - Surf and turf (main / specials) : the steak was thin (like it's been butterflied); taste was great tho; tiger prawns were overcooked and small; mashed potatoes was huge and placed at the bottom of the steak; taste and texture was probably the best on the dish. (Priced at $42.6) - Grilled seafood (main): There were 4 skewers(squid, fish, scallop and prawns) Grilled on a hot plate; taste was good but portion was way too small, a bowl of salad, and fries. Priced at $43 - watermelon mojito and cranberry juice (meh) not bad not good Probably won't return solely because of the pricing. We've spent about $182

Great place. Friendly staff, great wine list and the food was very nice. The best part is the actual venue, fantastic nautical theme and not to be missed when in Hobart.

Do yourself a favour and Book in advance to experience this amazing place. Hot Rock salmon was an absolute standout dish along with their famous chouder and oysters. What an amazing atmosphere. A very unique and exciting experience.

Great place for dinner in Hobart.. Definitely coming back for the salmon steak..
