Diggies Cafe

Still a gem after all these years. I have been coming here for over 10 years and the menu Is still fresh, service excellent and part of the reason I started drinking coffee. For those looking to come here, try sitting inside at the bench seat - I reckon it’s the best place.

Beautiful view and relaxed atmosphere. Great range of food on the menu that is always prepared quickly. The staff are always really friendly. I think I have a new favourite Cafe!

Lively and friendly atmosphere. Jam packed even on a weekday lunch. Delicious food and quality coffee. Only downfall were the hash browns that tasted heavily of old oil. Would return for sure.

Food was excellent, coffee was amazing and the service was first class..... Not to mention the views.... I had an awesome experience here and hope to come back again soon

This place is very popular and reserving a table would be recommended. Personally I didn't enjoy my food, all the ingredients of my dish were not very good quality and tasted strange to me. Portion size was very reasonable and price is in the range you'd expect for a seaside restaurant. The staff were friendly and explained about the Covid-19 precautions clearly. Probably wouldn't go back, but a great spot if all you care about is a social media worthy location.

Had scrambled eggs on sourdough with a side of extra crispy bacon. Was tasty and bacon was cooked to perfection. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Thank you to our lovely waitress Sophie, we had a lovely lunch fro my Nans birthday. All the family loved all their meals, they all came out at the same time and the service was over and above. Because we were in a large group we were put in the side room however it was a great spot for a large group as it was nice a private. Thanks for a lovely lunch.

What a wonderful surprise! With the North Beach Pavilion restaurant temporarily closed, we stumbled upon Diggies and loved it. Although we tend to do the standard hamburger and chips on rare occasions, Diggies certainly did not disappoint. Juicy seasoned beef, luscious mayo and salad, and absolutely morish chips, all served with a smile, and with uninterrupted, expansive views of the beach and the world passing by. Will definitely be back.

Very, very busy. Food was average , service was good and friendly. Time limits were placed on how long we could have our table.

Good coffee, good food and amazing friendly staff and the view well its breathtaking.
