Went out for dinner to try hot pot for my first time, service was poor and no one could speak english so none of my questions could be answered until they woke up a employee who was sleeping on one of the tables who could better communicate, had to ask for a ladles, water and napkins. Didn't have the drinks we ordered from the menu either. Very overpriced as the quality of food was extremely poor and also they have sesame sauces on the table before you sit down, don't explain that you have to pay for them or what they are then add it to the bill at the end. They also brought us extra sauces when we didn't ask lucky we didn't open them as we would've had to pay extra. If you scroll through the reviews you will notice the same problems as we had amongst all the obviously fake reviews.

The food is so great and the service is excellent most especially brian, thank you for the star balloon which my son is asking for. God bless.

Five star food and service! Big shoutout to Brian (guy in charge of the section we sat at) for being so accommodating. He showed us how to stretch our ramen noodles and even went to ask the manager if he could give a star balloon on display to my friend's young child 😄 and thank him for warning us about the spice level of the soup 😄😄

Very good food. Great service all round. Most importantly, the service is impeccable. I’m very pleased with my dining experience, 10/10 would recommend anyone who loves Chinese food!
