Really unpleasant. Staff were not very good, had to wait over 5mins before being greated and let in. the facilities were atrocious, unhygienic, sanitary bins overflowing and had mold everywhere. there were barely any other people there and yet the general area was a mess. The food we got was stale and burnt, and even if that wasn't the case was poor value for money. The play equipment was dirty, especially the jumping castles. It'd a shame because the playground was great and my son loved it. But they really need improve on customer service and general hygiene.

A great place to bring the kids. The kids stay busy and there’s a great cafe for the parents. Will definitely go back!

Stopped in with the kids for lunch on the way home and I’m pleasantly surprised by how professional and accommodating the staff are! Lunch was delicious and the barista produced a well made coffee. The kids had a great time with plenty of activities to keep them consistently occupied. We’ll definitely be back. 10/10

Really enjoyed the playhouse today with 2.5 yr old. Lots of suitable climbing and slides. Not so massive that I couldn’t hang back to watch him which was great. Enjoyed a muffin break coffee from here. Jumping castle fun for kids. There’s also a small road like track around the play area with pedal trikes and scooters which my little one enjoyed. We visited on a not so busy day, which was nice because it wasn’t so overwhelming with noise etc.. Cleanliness was fine on our visit - noted previous reviews. Perhaps this has been resolved by now.

Great place for a kids party. The red slide is their favourite immediately. Warning to parents who try it, its addictive and scares the heck out of you

Jumping castle was out of order and there was only a few foam balls for the kids to fight over.
