Nice spacious sunny area, kids love it, wish the menu had more healthy variety for adults to enjoy

Good toddler area but starting to shows it's age with a few things not working and patched repairs. Cafe is good but service is very slow so order your coffee at least 20 mins before you want it!

Had our daughters bday party there this weekend. Ordered food platters to come out at 10.15. They didnt come out until after 11.20am when most people had already left. Was told we couldnt bring a bday cake in but when we got there everyone else had bday cakes they brought in. The place was filthy even though we got there at 9.30am. Bins were over flowing. Place run by teenagers that clearly had no management and didnt care when we complained. Failed to inform us that bouncy castle was deflated/broken and ball bit was all broken. We will never return. The worst service ever. Had one very disappointed little girl.

The staff here are just amazing. Especially Lexia and Madison. They really looked after us and the kids loved them

Great play cafe, had hours of fun, reasonably priced food, friendly staff.

My grandie had a great time playing at her friend's party, the children were all well catered for and my coffee was great.

Food can be better. Lots of deep fried stuff

Love love going there apart from a hat that was stolen off the table and then one of the kids ripped my grandsons gold chain off his neck and when we spoke to the mother the mother abused us then the father joined in and yelled abuse all while other kids parties was going on but I don't hold any bad amosity towards croc play tho will come back great place just be aware

Was a good time for the kid even tho it was busy as hell still a good time

Disappointing experience all round. Will not be back. Lacking in customer service and hygiene. Gladly take my kids to Funtopia from now on.
