Costco

Do not recommend. I have been to all of the Costco's in Melbourne and this one is by far the worst. Rude customer service, poorly managed. Went in with the intent to do a large shop and then left due to the bad environment before even completing the shop

Well organised and fresh products always.

We have been a member for 8+ years and this Costco used to have the best service across Melbourne. But not now, there have been more cashiers that are really rude, all of them seems Indian based, please give them proper training or get the preciously good cashiers to come back

I often went to Costco to buy a large pizza for the family. I went there this weekend and found out they got rid of the pizza with the lot!. It was the only one we liked and it was the most popular one. Not sure why they've done that. Not happy!!

Was given commands and herded like a farm animal when I tried to enter to do my weekly shopping. Was asked to show my identification to prove I was signing in with the right details and made to show them every step of the check in on my phone as if I was going to skip the check in and infect everyone in my path just because I took my mask off for a second to catch my breath from an anxiety attack. Shopping elsewhere from now on 😁

After spending thousands of dollars in Costco, once I forgot to pay for 1 single 9 dollars worth item by mistake and the person who checked our bags (middle age blond lady 6:00 pm 1 Dec) at the exit treated us like thieves! Although their manager was polite, the process was so disrespectful. They could simply ask you to pay for it not to humiliate you in front of people. This is the last time I'll buy anything from Costco. Farewell!

I have Double check on the opening hours list of Costco Ringwood said Australia Day is open From 10am-6pm but when I drive to there and they put the board in the front said Public Holiday Close what a good Joke is that the way your Company deal with the Customer say this and do the Another please get it Straight Next time thanks a lot bye.

Costco is an American department store and if you are having a family and want to save some money when buying bulk, this is the place. There is a variety of technology, beauty and lots more. Prices are not very cheap but I guess there is a saving when you buy in bulk. Not everyone can shop, as there needs to be a $60 membership to get into the place. There is a food court also available which had large pizzas and unlimited soft drinks for a very reasonable price.

The checkout service is absolutely shocking. Waiting 20 min to be served. Sometimes I don't bother coming back
